This was started up by wingedcatgirl, and the premise is simple: "This is a big box in which you can roleplay as any character you like. No sign-ups, just drop in. Setting and scenery are malleable. Test out new ideas, or just do a thing with no commitment. Have fun."
It was officially stated, though, that this is in no way connected to The Murderverse.
